Austria in Eurovision Fan Contest

Austria first participated in the 2013 August edition of Eurovision Fan Contest. The broadcaster of Austria, ORF, has been the organiser of the Austrian entry every since the country's debut in the contest and has used an internal selection to select all of the territory's entries.

In August 2013, Austria's first entry at Eurovision Fan Contest, Aura Dione, finished second in the final. This remained the country's best result until July 2014, when Oonagh won the contest with the song "Gäa". Austria has reached the final seven times out of its 9 participations, and its worst result is 18th in the semi-final (Autumn 2013).
