Eurovision Fan Contest - September 2013 was the 3rd edition of EFC that was held in Dublin, Ireland, following the victory of Ellie Goulding in August 2013 with the song "Live It Up". It was the first time Ireland had hosted the contest. The two semi-finals were held in 7 and 14 September, and the Grand Final in 21 September 2013. The three shows were hosted by Ryan Turbidy.
Forty-six countries participated, with Albania, Armenia, Andorra, Barbados, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, Faroe Islands, Hong Kong, Gibraltar, Kosovo, Lebanon, Lithuania and Portugal
debuting, and Finland, Italy and Spain returning. Åland Islands, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Morocco, San Marino, Slovenia, Trinidad & Tobago and Ukraine withdrew from this edition.
The bidding phase was held for 2 weeks. On 2 September 2013, it was decided that among 2 cities and three stadiums, Aviva Stadium in Dublin, with a capacity of 51,700 people would host the 2013
September edition.

The competition consisted of two semi-finals and a final, a format which has been in use since the first edition in July. The twelve countries with the highest scores in each semi-final qualified
to the final where they joined the host nation Ireland. Apart from the 24 countries that qualified to the Grand Final and the host country, one lucky country, The Netherlands, was decided
to go directly to the final.
Graphic Design
On 2 September 2013, the slogan for the September 2013 contest was revealed to be "We Got The Fire". The slogan utilises the hidden "fire" and the different personalities every people have.
Presenters
On June 3, the executive producer, Viktoras, together with the host broadcaster BBC, announced during a TV show in MTV that the hosts will be Ellie Goulding, winner of Ireland in August 2013 and of England in Spring 2015 and Theo James.
National host broadcaster
During an initial meeting between the host broadcaster BBC and the EBU in late May 2015, the representatives of the core organising team were selected. ViktorasViGo, who is the Head of the English delegation, was announced as the executive producer.

On 1 September 2013, it was confirmed that 46 countries would participate in Dublin.

22 countries took part in the first semi-final. Ireland voted in this semi-final. The twelve songs in places 1 to 12 qualified for the final and are marked in orange.
