France in Eurovision Fan Contest

France has participated 12 times in Eurovision Fan Contest since its debut in August 2013. The broadcaster of France, France 1, has been the organiser of the French entry ever since the country's debut in the contest and has used an internal selection to select the entries of France.

In Autumn 2013, France's third entry at Eurovision Fan Contest, David Guetta & Sia, finished eighteenth in the final. This remained the country's best result until April 2014, when Indila won in the Grand Final of that edition with her song "Dernière Danse", gathering 214 points. France's worst result is seventeeenth in the semi-final, managed by M. Pokora, Natasha St-Pier and Joanna with their songs "Le Jour Qui Se Reve", "Je n'ai que mon âme" and "Ma Liberté" in September 2013, Christmas 2013 and September 2014 respectively.
